For years, I approached fitness the same way many dedicated people do. I tracked my workouts, logged my nutrition, monitored my bodyweight, and stayed consistent.
When it was time to lose fat, I was not looking for more motivation or another workout program. I was looking for clear direction.
“I wasn’t looking for someone to motivate me. I was looking for someone to tell me exactly what I needed to do so I could focus on executing.”
I wanted to know one thing:

Like many people, I turned to coaching. What I found was that many coaches were asking for the same information I was already tracking—my weight, nutrition, training, activity, and measurements—to decide what I should do next.
That led me to a realization.
The challenge was not finding more information. There is no shortage of diets, workouts, or advice online.
The challenge was making the right decision based on my own progress.
As someone who has spent my career building systems and improving decision-making, I started organizing the science of nutrition, training, recovery, and habit formation into a structured framework that answered one question:
Given what is happening right now, what is the best next step?
That framework became The Next Step Method.
My goal is not to replace hard work. You still have to show up, stay consistent, and follow the plan.
My goal is to remove the guesswork that causes so many people to overreact, lose momentum, or give up entirely when progress slows.
Because in my experience, most people do not fail because they lack discipline.
They fail because they stop knowing what to do next in order to achieve their goals.
